Unfortunately, I feel my experience at the clinic did not meet the professional and transparency standards I expected. I booked my appointment wanting the “Foxy Eye” treatment advertised on their website (£499). During the consultation I was advised to go ahead with a PCLA eyebrow thread lift, Botox (3 areas) and CO2 laser instead. I explained that I had to work two days later and was happy to delay the procedure — I was told it was fine to continue, but afterwards I personally felt the treatments were rushed. On the same day, I received a call telling me I needed to pay £1,000 extra because the wrong type of threads had been used. I did not receive any further follow-up, so I had to contact the clinic myself by email for clarification. I raised eyebrow unevenness immediately after the treatment. I was told it was swelling and was moved quickly to another room. At the first review appointment the unevenness remained, and I was advised to return in one month because it was “too early” to make corrections. A month later, the only option offered to me was additional Botox. I was also told that no more threads could be added because I had “paid for a different type”, despite me being previously informed that the clinic had made an internal error and had not charged me for the thread lift. I am also sharing a before-and-after photo for context — in my view, the only visible difference is eyebrow makeup applied afterwards. Regarding the CO2 laser, I received a discount for combining three procedures, but only half of my face was treated, so I was unclear whether the discount had been applied correctly. On top of this, I later received hostile and accusatory messages from the doctor, which made me feel uncomfortable attempting to resolve concerns directly with the clinic. I also want to highlight something that added to my concern: many of the quality partnerships and accreditation logos displayed on their website appeared misleading or unverifiable, and I was informed by an independent organisation that the doctor does not currently hold active accreditation with them. Based on this, I personally feel there may be a pattern of promoting affiliations that are not active or not accurate. I invite anyone reading this to look at the long-term pattern of patient experiences reflected in Trustpilot reviews, as many describe similar communication styles and situations over several years. My intention is to share my honest experience so others can make an informed decision, not to spread personal hate. I am happy to provide supporting documentation if needed for context.

Wow, what can I say ? I had an absolutely fantastic experience at SAS Aesthetic. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist, Jessica was incredibly welcoming and kind, which immediately put me at ease. I was initially quite nervous, but everything went so smoothly from start to finish. Dr Mahsa Saleki is truly brilliant. She took the time to explain the entire fox eye/brow lift procedure in detail, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout. The results have honestly blown me away — what a difference it’s made! My whole face feels lifted and more radiant, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much to the entire team for being so professional, warm, and attentive. It was such a positive experience, and I’m certain I’ll be back for more in the future haha!
