Very welcoming, friendly professional team. Fiona & Dr Drake who I have had appointments with so far have both put me at ease from first meeting & delivered outstanding service fully explaining all options available, including less invasive procedures. The clinic is spotless & feels very modern & safe. Car parking at the rear makes things much less stressful for a city location. Highly recommend.

Jo is absolutely amazing at what she does! She knows what is best for each individual person and tailors it to each person. Her advice is outstanding and has made me look and feel amazing!! I have been coming to Jan for a few years now. She is an industry expert and the only person I will ever trust with my face. She takes time to understand your end goal and the look you are looking to achieve. She is professional, friendly and the most lovely person ever. The salon is beautiful, clean and very welcoming too with refreshments offered. This is a 5 star experience and I love my visits to the Skin Bothy. I can’t wait to return!
