I had a really positive experience with Adam Sawyer. From the start, he was incredibly friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to clearly explain the procedure, which really helped put my mind at ease. I also appreciated how quickly he was able to fit me in — everything was handled efficiently but with genuine care.
