Customer Terms

Please read these Customer Terms carefully before booking any treatment through MARBL.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and MYNT Ltd ("we," "us," or "MARBL").

By making a booking through the MARBL Marketplace (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of Services

1.1 MARBL operates a digital platform that connects customers with independent, third-party clinics offering medical aesthetics services (the "Clinics").

1.2 MARBL facilitates bookings, manages deposits, and provides communication tools between you and the Clinic.

1.3 Treatments are provided solely by the Clinic you choose. MARBL does not provide medical or cosmetic treatments.

2. Bookings and Deposits

2.1 To secure any booking through MARBL, you are required to pay a £50 deposit via our third-party payment provider (e.g. Stripe).

2.2 The deposit is applied against the cost of your treatment. You must pay the balance directly to the Clinic on the day of your appointment.

2.3 If the treatment cost is less than the deposit amount, the deposit will be adjusted accordingly.

3. Cancellations, Reschedules, and No-Shows

3.1 MARBL enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy for all bookings.

3.2 If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be refunded in full.

3.3 If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend (a "no-show"), your deposit will be forfeited and transferred to the Clinic (net of processing fees).

3.4 If you reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be carried forward to your new appointment.

3.5 If you reschedule within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure the new appointment.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Deposits are processed securely by Stripe or other authorised payment processors. MARBL does not store your card details.

4.2 Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period (usually 5–10 business days, depending on your bank).

4.3 Any additional treatments, services, or products purchased in-clinic are payable directly to the Clinic. MARBL is not responsible for these payments.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking through MARBL, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when booking;
  • Arrive on time for your appointments;
  • Comply with pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by your Clinic; and
  • Notify MARBL and/or your Clinic promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule.

6. Medical Disclaimer and Liability

6.1 MARBL may provide general information about treatments through the Platform. This information is for guidance only and does not constitute medical advice.

6.2 MARBL is not a healthcare provider. All assessments of suitability, informed consent, and treatment decisions are the sole responsibility of the Clinic and its licensed practitioners.

6.3 MARBL is not liable for:

  • The outcome of any treatment;
  • Any dissatisfaction with services provided by Clinics; or
  • Any injury, side effects, or adverse events arising from treatment.

6.4 Your contractual relationship for medical services is with the Clinic, not with MARBL.

7. Data Protection

7.1 MARBL collects and processes personal data as necessary to facilitate bookings, deposits, and communications between you and your chosen Clinic.

7.2 Your booking details will be shared securely with the Clinic you choose for the purpose of confirming and delivering your treatment.

7.3 MARBL handles all personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

7.4 Our use of your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Marketing Communications

8.1 MARBL will only send you marketing messages (such as promotions or updates) where you have specifically opted in to receive them.

8.2 You can withdraw your consent or unsubscribe at any time using the link or instructions provided in each message.

9. Termination and Suspension

9.1 MARBL may cancel or refuse your booking if you breach these Terms or act in a way that may harm MARBL's reputation, operations, or customers.

10. General Terms

10.1 MARBL may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance.

10.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By booking through MARBL, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
