I would like to applaud the owner for an amazing business structure that is not only backed by great science that offers everyone a spectrum of innovative options but a wonderful patient catered service that is individualized. I personally do not have a brave bone for needles and Christy recognized that I was not going to do well with just the localized anaesthetic so she offered me nitrous oxide to take the edge of my fear off. Consistently for 13 years Jannelle has proven to be the best aesthetician, NP/MBA. Sadly, I went elsewhere in CA, where I live. (Yes, I fly 3000 miles for an appointment with Jannelle.) Fortunately, she was able to correct the issues. I visit every 6 months. The staff are also extremely competent, or I am 100% certain, they wouldn’t be a member of the team- Brianna ,Leo and Nick are wonderful!
