WHAT IS HIFU?

HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is a non-surgical skin tightening treatment that uses focused ultrasound energy to heat the deep layers of skin — including the same layer targeted in surgical facelifts. This stimulates collagen production, resulting in lifted, firmer, and more youthful-looking skin without incisions or downtime.

What to Expect

A qualified practitioner uses a handheld device to deliver precise ultrasound energy to the deeper skin layers (typically 3–4.5mm deep). The heat triggers immediate collagen contraction and long-term collagen remodelling. Over the following months, skin gradually lifts and tightens as new collagen forms.
