Having melanin-rich skin often makes you cautious about skin treatments, but this clinic exceeded all expectations. I was treated with such respect, understanding, and expert care. I had so many questions walking in, and every single one was answered with patience and depth. As someone with darker skin, that kind of care means everything. They understood the nuances of my skin tone and made me feel completely reassured. I can’t thank the team enough for their sensitivity and knowledge when it comes to treating diverse skin tones. Really sorry for my delayed review, things have been very busy! My experience with Kat was fantastic, from start to finish. I had 0.7mls of lip filler (i think it was beginning of May). I got a taxi there, so I could relax. My first impression was seeing such a lovely fresh/clean space and then I noticed how thorough Kat was. I'd wanted to try fillers for years, but never bothered due to fear. Kat put a lot of time into explaining things before we started and placed safety as her top priority - which was a big plus for me. Something I appreciated, was how she involved me throughout the whole procedure and showed me how things were looking as she went along. She communicated really well, to understand what I was thinking and also advised where necessary. For a first time with this kind of thing, I was really impressed and the results were lovely. Three months on and I don't regret having it done. It still looks fine and I wouldn't hesitate going to Face Oxford again *****
