Had my Botox today with Michelle was looked after professionally. Consultation was very good and explained the whole procedure to put me at my ease. Results are very good with a further appointment booked for aftercare in two weeks. One of my wife’s better ideas .

I came to see Dr Sofia over a year ago for a consultation and have never forgotten how kind and caring she was during the consultation. She was so easy to talk to and listened thoroughly to my concerns. She has been gifted with an exceptional talent. Dr Sofia is a true master and artist when it comes to naturalness and The Golden Ratio (also known as Phi, or the Fibonacci number) the mathematical symmetry algorithm that underlies our perception of attractiveness. Dr Sofia can use the Golden Ratio formula, as well as her own personal assessment, to analyse her patient’s face and devise a specific treatment plan to make the patient look their best and most attractive. I had to visit one of the most prestigious areas in London after my consultation and when I was there, there was another very respected Dr called Dr Amel Ibrahim BSc (Hons) MBBS MRCS PhD who said and I quote-: "There are a couple of excellent practitioners who worked with me in my clinic for several years if you're interested in checking them out. They are Dr Sofia Hussain I worked with Dr Sofia for a long time and she really is excellent both from a technical ability but also aftercare. She really takes care of the whole patient journey. Also, she's very much a perfectionist and extremely honest. She's easily one of the best people I've ever worked with. The key is how meticulous someone is when it comes to detail but also the aftercare is crucial. Even in the best hands something can go wrong and so it really matters how easily you can get a hold of your practitioner and how much they care (you can gauge both from the consultation) you're very much in luck with your proximity to Dr Sofia Hussain in Sutton Coldfield!" This clearly demonstrates how highly respected Dr Sofia is by her peers. I am so very pleased I met her.

Came hers for aligner treatment and I'm very happy. Very luxury dental practice with a modern interior. Staff are extremely lovely and friendly, from the kind lady that checks you in to the caring dental nurses. The main dentist himself is very friendly and great at what he does. During my treatments and appointments he was very informative and visibly cared about my dental treatment. They provide a range of treatments and services for a great price. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in Birmingham whether its for health reasons or aesthetics.

Over the last two years I’ve seen four different consultant clinicians in London but I can without a shadow of a doubt say my experience with Dr Rinku Ratti at The Doctors Practise stands out as THE most transformative and holistic care I have ever received. I have suffered with severe eczema and allergies the last 2 years and the last few months took a huge toll on me resulting with me taking time off work. From the very first appointment Dr Rinku set out a plan to investigate the root cause with a special set of blood tests, had given me tablets to help alleviate the symptoms and started topical treatment with Cold Atomspheric Plasma (CAP) therapy. Results from the bloods helped me eliminate my root causes and the CAP worked wonders. I took my daughter to Michelle to have her ears pierced and I couldn’t have taken her to a better place! My daughter was a little nervous (although very excited) but Michelle was extremely patient and kind. She spent time explaining everything to my daughter and took great care to make sure that we were both happy with everything she was doing. The clinic was, as always, immaculate. On top of all of this, the price was extremely competitive, compared to the high street chains, and there was the added bonus of Michelle supplying us with the cleaning solution which means that the earrings can be changed after only three weeks! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michelle to anyone and I will certainly be taking my other two daughters to Michelle if they want any piercings. Thank you so much, Michelle!
