Not only is the clinic stunning inside the staff are friendly and professional. Sian herself is so knowledgable and really explained the procedures to me. My first Botox appointment with Lynn and I couldn’t be more happy. Lynn was very professional, attentive and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I was booked in for a check-in appointment in two weeks’ time to ensure everything is OK (I’ve done Botox before and no other clinic proactively offered follow ups so that’s definitely a big plus). This is a very professionally run business. The premises is beautiful, clean and well equipped. All the staff are friendly and happy to help with any queries. Treatments are carried out by doctors or nurses which is reflected in the cost of procedures. I have just had my 1st BBL treatment with nurse Therese. I first went to Dr Kieran Bong last year for Botox and filler for upper lip lines, during the consultation he explained the process on what he could do to help with my concerns. What I wasn’t expecting was him to advise that I didn’t need filler and to give it another year. I proceeded with the Botox and this was pain free with amazing.results. I’ve recently paid Dr Bong another visit and this time he was able to address my concerns with upper lip lines, again he is so informative, explains everything in full detail. I felt slightly nervous but he really put me at ease, he’s so gentle and calming. Again pain free. I can honestly say that I am amazed at what he has done , the result is so natural and he’s taken years off me. Dr Kieran Bong is exceptional and a master at what he does. His clinic is beautiful and his staff are friendly. I would highly recommend him.

I went to KSkin for IPL on my mild rosacea. I was not expecting it to work but it was a last resort. I am very suprised and how well it has worked and how quickly. I had around 6 sessions and plan to go back seasonally but my skin is pretty much cured of rosacea and is a lot less reactive. I am very suprised and very pleased with the results.
