I recently visited Dr Elaine for two consultations. The first was to address my concerns with my ageing. I wanted to know what my true biological age was so I got a GlycanAge test done at her Colchester clinic and then had a lifestyle and longevity plan created that guided me on how I could improve on my biological age result. The plan was wonderful and incorporated advice on exercise, nutrition, stress, sleep health, supplements, etc. I am already feeling much more energetic and healthy.
