Upon arrival, I received a very warm welcome from the team on the front desk who were extremely hospitable - bonus points for the Dash water :) It being the first time I've seen a different practitioner, I was a little nervous, but Dr Nina's warmth and professionalism helped me to immediately feel at ease. I had an amazing experience at Injectual Shoreditch this afternoon. Zain spent loads of time discussing the treatment and my skin concerns generally and it was painless. The LED mask at the end was a real treat - I honestly fell asleep and want one of the chairs (so comfy!) the receptionist was also lovely - just a great experience all round, I’ll definitely be back! Dr. Armani and his partner were very thorough and listened to every concern when taking my health history. I actually felt listened to (unlike the NHS GP), and that he genuinely cared. His partner was able to assist in checking my hormone levels and give me the hormone replacement therapy that I had previously received in the US, which was a relief after going back-and-forth with the NHS who told me it “wasn’t a thing here”. There was obviously a lot of time and energy put into my care plan (34 pages!), and the communication has been great! If you’re not getting the care you need, and GP’s are brushing off your concerns, I highly recommend!

I am very happy with the results from both treatments. The team is professional, friendly and the communication has been consistent for the after-care which I really appreciated.

Just finished my first treatment plan and my skin has never looked better. It glows with health and I use less make up now. It has also tightened up nicely around my jaw line. More people should try treatment plans instead of the old way of buying packages of treatments. Its been much more effective for my skin to have a selection of treatments done as part of a plan in addition to specially selected skincare including a exosomes and a gentle but highly effective retinol. My skin barrier had been damaged by a few unexpectedly harsh treatments and this treatment plan gently helped my skin recover. I found morpheus8 too harsh so the I would highly recommend sofwave here as well. I'm also very happy with the results of my additional botox treatment.

I’ve been going to Nataliia at BeautyGene for laser hair removal for about eight months now, and I’m really happy with the results. She’s very careful, professional and just genuinely pleasant to be around. I always feel comfortable during the sessions, and she explains everything clearly so I know what to expect. My hair growth has reduced so much since I started, the difference is honestly huge. The treatments are quick and the studio is always clean. I definitely recommend Nataliia.
