Dr. Armani and his partner were very thorough and listened to every concern when taking my health history. I actually felt listened to (unlike the NHS GP), and that he genuinely cared. His partner was able to assist in checking my hormone levels and give me the hormone replacement therapy that I had previously received in the US, which was a relief after going back-and-forth with the NHS who told me it “wasn’t a thing here”. There was obviously a lot of time and energy put into my care plan (34 pages!), and the communication has been great! If you’re not getting the care you need, and GP’s are brushing off your concerns, I highly recommend!

I came across Nûseoul after some research on micro needling. I liked that it was a doctor-led clinic and the team was East Asian using Korean products. I felt assured by Dr Jenny's clear, informative approach. It was by far the most pleasant microneedling session I have had! She recommended polynucleotides to address my other aging skin concerns so I followed up two weeks later with Dr Byron. After a week, my skin started to feel hydrated and plump from the inside. I am very happy with the results from both treatments. The team is professional, friendly and the communication has been consistent for the after-care which I really appreciated.

The results are excellent. He was very careful with the dosage and explained everything in detail. We also discussed some future treatments to help me reach my skin goals, and he fully respected my decision to avoid fillers, etc. Instead, he suggested treatments that naturally stimulate skin renewal. The clinic is conveniently located right next to Tottenham Court Road station, and communication was super easy via WhatsApp with his very kind assistant. I’ll be coming back! :)

Dr Ifrah is a friendly and caring doctor who takes time to listen to you. She puts you at ease and talks you through the process making sure you fully understand everything. My experience with Dr. Avika has been excellent. The first half of my appointment was talking with her about I was hoping to achieve and then she gave her opinions and suggestions.
