Such a lovely experience from start to finish. A clean and calm environment in the clinic, everything was explained clearly to me. The 2 brothers that run it are really lovely and made me feel at ease. As 2 trained doctors, I really felt confident and comfortable they knew their stuff!!! I got Polynucleotides and I felt so at ease. The before and after care has been amazing. Can’t wait to go again

I visited the Banhidy Clinic today and honestly from start to finish it was the most wonderful experience. I had Norbert as my injector for Profhilo on my face and I have never been made to feel more at ease to get a treatment before. Norbert made me feel so comfortable, he was incredibly informative, made the injections feel like a walk in the park with very minimal pain, explained the procedure and after care thoroughly and checked in on me regularly to see if I was okay and if I needed anything. The clinic itself is located in the heart of Pall Mall, it was easy to find on maps, just a short walk from the tube and in prime location. Also a great spot of sightseeing on your journey into the clinic. From the moment you walk into the reception you are greeted with a warm smile and walked down to the waiting room, it was so gorgeous in there and spotless throughout…so clean you could eat off the floor! I was offered a refreshment before we started, and the room was the perfect temperature for such a hot day. Making me perfectly comfortable for my treatment. I cannot recommend the Banhidy Clinic, and especially Norbert & Francis enough! Whether you’re travelling into London or live here already I can hand on heart say it was worth the visit and worth travelling from all over just to have the delightful experience they offer. Also their communication through social media was so professional and made me excited to come and check out what they’re all about. Thank you very much, I am so looking forward to seeing my glowing results and of course for my next treatment. I’m so happy I travelled to Banhidy Clinic in London to have my first ever Botox treatment. I felt at ease from start to finish & was explained the process in detail including aftercare & answered any questions I had. The treatment room was spotless and created a calm, professional environment that immediately put me at ease. The procedure itself was carried out with great care, it was gentle and precise. I can already see great results within a couple of days although full results from next week. I really appreciated the professionalism, quality and friendliness shown by the team.
