She explained the hydrafacial process in great detail, and allowed me to relax as much as I could during the process. It’s been a few days since the facial, and my skin feels so smooth and amazing.

I came to see Dr Kate for Botox (my first time having Botox) after doing a lot of research and having her recommended by a friend (who looked very youthful but also very natural). She was incredibly comprehensive with her consultation and gave me honest advice that I'm not a good candidate for filler under my eye, which I appreciate. There was no pressure to have any treatments and the whole experience was highly consultative and seamless. Dr Kate is very professional and I'll definitely go back. I'd also have no qualms about recommending her to my friends and family.

I went to see Dr Nimmo with concerns of ageing, specifically, creasing and lines on my forehead area. I had been very curious about botox but was very conscious of not wanting to look "frozen". Martin and I had a lengthy discussion regarding my concerns and my desired look - he recommended we do "just enough" to prevent the creasing and smooth out the lines, with a review one week post procedure to ensure the look was exactly as I wanted. The procedure was very quick and pretty much painless and the results were 100% as expected - Martin had ensured my forehead was perfectly smooth but with just enough movement above my brows to ensure an overall very natural look. Martin followed up with my 1 week after the treatment to ensure I was happy with the results and if I wanted to come back in to review, but there was no need for me since the results were so great. I'd highly recommend Dr Nimmo for his complete professionalism, expertise and overall welcoming nature - he will now be my go to for all aesthetic consultations.

I’ve been having treatments with Rachel and Sacha for a few years now and always love the results. I have regular facials each month which are amazing and my skin feels so much better and looks healthier. I’ve also had the Plasma treatment on my eye area and that was amazing, I was expecting it to feel uncomfortable, but it didn’t and the downtime was also short and noticeable results. I have the A Lift facial each month and I’ve started to add-on the LED treatment which feels really good. I was treated by Dr Hussein who was absolutely amazing and thorough. Extremely knowledgeable. I had four big and raised moles on my face, which I’ve had all my life. It was a very smooth procedure with no pain at all. The after care instructions which were sent to me really helped. Healing totally fine. I am so glad that I didn’t have to fly out to get the hair transplant done. I have had few consultations here in the UK and pretty much all of them offered me a date within few days but when I met with Dr. Shaan for a free consultation, the first question he asked was if I still have an active hair loss… if so, we need to treat that first and that was the selling point for me to go with Royal Wharf Clinic because that demonstrated that he cares and not there to just print money :0) whereas none of the other clinics asked me that and made me feel like I am just another client. I finally had a Hair transplant for maybe bit more expensive than abroad but given what I got in the package is absolutely fantastic. I went for the premium package (totally worth it). I had a pick & drop from home (great help), off course the FUE procedure, Lunch, 4 x PRP’s + Biotin, complimentary T-shit & Tracksuit, medication + post-op care kit, 4 x follow up consultations with Dr. Shaan which was the key for me. Some of my friends got it done abroad and struggled with after care. There is so much you need to know post procedure and the most, mental satisfaction to know that if something goes wrong, you can drive up to the clinic. My experience on the day was way better than I anticipated. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly and accordingly to the plan. They ensured my comfort (as it can be bit painful) and made me feel like I am in save hands. Netflix & music was a plus on the day, it takes your mind away from what’s going around your, as lying down for 7-8 hours straight is not easy :0). I cannot praise enough Dr. Shaan, Dr. Mansi, Technician Indra & others for the care and support they have provided to me through out. I also got to meet the managing director (Sunny) on the day and was very impressed by his humbleness & professionalism. I visited Dr. Ifrah for 3 areas of upper face Botox, masseter Botox, and a lip flip, and had a wonderful experience from start to finish.
