Booked GP visit online and paid for it online. Recieved a call later to say the time is not available, need to be rescheduled. Received the call again later to be told the slot was already gone need to be rescheduled again. Another call later asking to make a payment via phone, my baby was loudly crying and I said I can’t do it and will do at the clinic, the PA was still pushing me to pay via email. As I booked few days ago I didn’t remember I already made the payment online at the time of booking. They took payment at reception before the appointment. Two days after the visit still haven’t been sent the invoice, referrals discussed with GP or the refund. Very pushy to get the payment, very slow and chaotic with the actual service . Disappointing.

Arrogant, unprofessional, and utterly careless toward patients — and the list goes on. I visited this clinic less than two months ago with a minor back injury and nearly ended up being pushed toward unnecessary surgery. A word of advice to the leadership team: instead of spending on PAs and superficial frills, consider hiring competent staff who can actually diagnose and support patients properly. As a local resident, I was genuinely excited to have a clinic so close by, but the experience turned out to be profoundly disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. THE WORST NEUROSURGEON AND PHYSIOTHERAPIST — yes, every letter deservedly in capitals. This community deserves far better care and far more accountability than what this clinic currently offers.

My mother came in with a lump near her thyroid and a cold that she's endured for over a month. We went to see Dr. Lau who was the kindest, most efficient doctor we've met. She arranged for us to see Dr Wong and Dr Annan respectively for ENT and scan. Both were excellent and were gentle in reassuring her about her symptoms and condition.
