I saw Dr. Holick for a jawline touch-up and she was honestly amazing. She’s super easy to talk to, really friendly, and just made the whole process feel relaxed and effortless. She was also so accommodating to my time and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The results turned out great, exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t recommend her more.

Truly excellent!! I cannot say enough shining and positive things about my experiences with Dr Serena! Not only is she very knowledgeable, professional, has great advice but is also incredibly warm and friendly which inspires total confidence in the process. She has such genuine enthusiasm for natural but highly effective aesthetic treatments, it’s great. I’ve had HIFU which was actually very relaxing, and already am seeing the benefits. Dr Serena did some great Botox, she is very expertly gentle at everything and I’m delighted with the results. By far the best I’ve ever had. She recommends and sources fab medical grade topical skincare which you can’t buy in the shops, whilst I’m waiting for the full results of HIFU, am now booking in for Exosomes on my hair! Dr Horlicks is by far the best practitioner I’ve encountered! She is so warm and makes you feel comfortable instantly. She is extremely knowledgeable and knowing she is an an NHS doctor really puts your mind at ease. The cheek filler she did on me has made me look younger and plumper and has really balanced my face beautifully. Her work is really natural, I would recommend her to everyone.

Do not walk, run. My experience with Dr Horlick, and the results she produced, were so superior to every other I've had with an aesthetics practitioner that I am genuinely astounded. After years of going through the circuits of London practitioners who all claim to be the best and charge an arm and a leg, don't listen to your concerns, and gaslight you, it is so refreshing to be around someone who listens and knows what they're doing. It's time to stop accepting anything less than a trained surgeon (which Serena is!) touching your face - I can't believe I ever did and i'm never going back. I really, truly could not recommend enough.

I highly recommend Dr. Horlick! I had Botox treatment for crow’s feet and am very happy with the results. Serena is incredibly professional and took the time to kindly explain everything I needed to know about the procedure. She’s also been very responsive to my follow-up questions, which I really appreciate. I’m very pleased with the experience overall and look forward to exploring other skin treatments with Dr. Horlick in the near future.

I had a HIFU treatment today, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Serena was incredibly kind and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. I found that Serena had such a great understanding of how to achieve the natural look I was after for my lip fillers, and I am more than thrilled with my results.
