Went for a spa day with 6 others, family and friends. From the moment we were met on the driveway we felt totally welcomed by Vanessa and her team. Greeted with tea, coffee and a selection of pastries whilst filling in the forms then shown where we would be chilling for the day. Lovely pool and sauna, we had a great day, nothing was too much to ask for. We all had a treatment, a real selection. Compliments from all my group on the facial, massage, manicures and pedicures that we had. Lunch was great, loads of food and a wide selection. We were celebrating a birthday so we had pre ordered some prosecco with Vanessa as well. Trying to get a date together to book the next spa day!

I have been treated by Dr Effie for over six months now and the improvement in my skin is unreal. Dr Effie is so knowledgable, consultations are in-depth and she really puts you at ease. I was so nervous about having botox for the first time but Effie’s expert advice provided me with the reassurance I needed and she did such a great job! I am over the moon with the results, which are so natural, I feel like a better version of myself!

The pricing is also very competitive with good discount for return customers. Overall a very good practice, with friendly staff and good presentation of the premises. Fauzia was exceptional, I had deep electrolysis for a blemish I have hated for so long. She showed me such kindness, professionalism and gave expert advice - and I asked a LOT of questions!
