Excellent service. Sue is very professional and experienced for every individuals problems / concerns and deal accordingly. The laser hair removal treatment is awesome, painless, I feel like heaven and I should have done it years ago however it was not easy to find such professional staff after long research. My skin has improved throughout the sessions. The clinic is spotless. I highly recommended to my friends to have treatments here and I’ll never stop to do so.

Today was my first visit and it was a pleasant discovery. First of all the kindness and politeness amazed me. When I go to a beauty centre for the first time I want to find a friendly environment, where the beauty therapists try to make the experience the least unpleasant possible. Until now I couldn't find such a place. Today was the day! It was the best wax experience I have ever had in my entire life. The sugaring was pain-free and it left my skin without the typical redness after waxing. Renata was so caring, professional and kind. I felt totally at ease with her and she explained all the treatments she was doing and the products she was using. I will ask for her during my future treatments. The beauty centre is very clean and it is not something you can take for granted in London. I absolutely recommend it to anyone living in the area.

I held off on writing this review until I could see the initial results of the treatment. I underwent an anti-wrinkle treatment with Dr. Nila. It was my very first anti-wrinkle treatment, and I was quite anxious. She was incredibly patient and explained everything to me. She also presented me with other options, but she never pressured me. Throughout the treatment, she was very gentle and helped me relax significantly. Additionally, she scheduled a follow-up appointment for two weeks later, which I didn't anticipate, but it made me feel like I was more than just a client. I will definitely return for more treatments with Dr. Nila. Although she occasionally works at the Richmond Clinic, I am so pleased with the results that I am willing to travel to Mayfair for her services. The Richmond Clinic is a very clean and peaceful place, and the receptionist was exceptionally nice, friendly, and helpful.

Katie and Rachel made me feel very welcome as soon as I walked through the door! Rachel's knowledge of the Sylfirm machine she used on me was second to none and her knowledge of other similar machines and techniques on the market made me sure that I had made the right choice for my skin concerns. A lot of aesthetic practitioners will sell you anything and everything but I had absolute faith in Rachel because she could explain the science behind everything that I needed and explained what I didn't need. Dr Joanne is phenomenal! I have been to see Harley St and Chelsea people for my Botox but Joanne provides the absolute best results. She also gives incredible advice which doesn’t try to sell you unnecessary treatments, instead she gives a very honest and invaluable insight into your skin. It is obvious that Dr Joanne is a leading plastic surgeon in the UK. I feel incredibly lucky to have her locally in Barnes!
