Teena has been doing my botox for about 7 years now I wouldn't use anyone else. I've referred half a dozen of my friends to Teena over the years and each and every one of them has been hugely impressed by her. She's a true pro. What attracted me to Lou (The skin Nurse) for my injectables was the fact that she isn’t just another Botox provider - she is a qualified dermatologist and so she has a far greater understanding about skin, and how best to look after it. I wanted someone that would give me guidance and advice, not just injections! And from my first consultation I knew I’d gone to the right place. Before we even discussed injectables, Lou fully assessed my skin, got an understanding of what I felt were the problem areas and gave me some great advice and recommendations. Moving on to my treatment, Lou listened and fully understood what I wanted from Botox, and administered professionally whilst ensuring I was comfortable and at ease throughout. She immediately booked me in for a follow up appointment and kept in touch in between, which was really reassuring. It all started with my daughter booking me in for a free consultation with Katrina... She gave me a complete and thorough comprehensive overview of my skin condition and suitable treatments. No magic solutions like the other two salons promised! Katrina suggested five week prep period using Skinbrite and course of peels and micro needling. The before and after photos (so far into the treatment) are on instagram. I'm so happy with the results and thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Katrina who has a wealth of knowledge on all the treatments and has designed a bespoke package of treatments to maximise the results for my skin problem - extreme pigmentation due to age and menopause. Victoria is hands down the best facial aesthetics practitioner I’ve ever seen. Her skill and attention to detail is beyond!! She really knows her stuff and takes time to talk you through all options, making you feel comfortable and in control. What I love most about Victoria is that she isn’t about making sales, she genuinely cares about how you look/feel and will only ever recommend treatments that will work for you. On occasion she has even advised me against treatments that I’ve wanted to try out, knowing what will or won’t suit me. I am SO glad I found Victoria. Excellent service. Sue is very professional and experienced for every individuals problems / concerns and deal accordingly. The laser hair removal treatment is awesome, painless, I feel like heaven and I should have done it years ago however it was not easy to find such professional staff after long research. My skin has improved throughout the sessions. The clinic is spotless. I highly recommended to my friends to have treatments here and I’ll never stop to do so.
