I went for a consultation because I wanted to address an insecurity, and she could easily have taken my money and proceeded with a treatment but instead, she reassured me that it wasn’t something I needed to do just yet. She took the time to explain all the products and options she would consider using in the future, should I decide to go ahead later on. I had so many questions, and she answered every one of them thoroughly, never making me feel rushed. She was warm, professional, and genuinely caring throughout. Although I didn’t have anything done this time, I left with complete trust and confidence in her. It’s clear that her work isn’t just about money, as it sadly can be in this industry. She truly cares about her patients and the quality of her work. I’ll definitely be returning to her in the future.
