I had the HIFU treatment which is a non surgical face lift at the Persona Medical clinic. It’s the first time I’ve been to this clinic. Olivia was the lady who did the HIFU for me, such a lovely lady who was very knowledgable. She explained everything to me very clearly so I understood. No question was a silly question she made me feel at ease and I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I’ll definitely be going back there to have more treatments done. I’ve already recommended this place to quite a few people. Everyone at the clinic were very professional and very welcoming. Hope to see you all soon very soon ❤️

I saw Dr Tarika Maher. I am a nervous patient and she was wonderfully patient, extremely gentle and explained everything to me clearly. It's hard to enjoy a dental appointment but I truly did on this occasion. I need to return for a root canal and can honestly say I'm not worried about my appointment like I usually am. I went in for Masseter Botox and honestly had such a good experience. Dr.Tosin was super welcoming and listened to all my concerns. She explained everything clearly which made me feel really at ease. The injection themselves weren’t painful at all, the whole process was quick. It’s been a week now, I don’t see face slimming yet but I can already feel the difference. The bulge I used to feel from clenching my teeth gone and I no longer experience tightness or pain in my jaw area. It’s helped with my teeth grinding and my TMJ a lot, which is such a relief. Overall, I am really happy with the treatment and grateful for how caring and patient the doctor was throughout👏👍

I am so glad that I didn’t have to fly out to get the hair transplant done. I have had few consultations here in the UK and pretty much all of them offered me a date within few days but when I met with Dr. Shaan for a free consultation, the first question he asked was if I still have an active hair loss… if so, we need to treat that first and that was the selling point for me to go with Royal Wharf Clinic because that demonstrated that he cares and not there to just print money :0) whereas none of the other clinics asked me that and made me feel like I am just another client. I finally had a Hair transplant for maybe bit more expensive than abroad but given what I got in the package is absolutely fantastic. I went for the premium package (totally worth it). I had a pick & drop from home (great help), off course the FUE procedure, Lunch, 4 x PRP’s + Biotin, complimentary T-shit & Tracksuit, medication + post-op care kit, 4 x follow up consultations with Dr. Shaan which was the key for me. Some of my friends got it done abroad and struggled with after care. There is so much you need to know post procedure and the most, mental satisfaction to know that if something goes wrong, you can drive up to the clinic. My experience on the day was way better than I anticipated. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly and accordingly to the plan. They ensured my comfort (as it can be bit painful) and made me feel like I am in save hands. Netflix & music was a plus on the day, it takes your mind away from what’s going around your, as lying down for 7-8 hours straight is not easy :0). I cannot praise enough Dr. Shaan, Dr. Mansi, Technician Indra & others for the care and support they have provided to me through out. I also got to meet the managing director (Sunny) on the day and was very impressed by his humbleness & professionalism. It has been 3 months since I had the procedure & I am very pleased with the outcome & few follow ups since. I would 100% recommend this clinic.

I was a little nervous about getting my first ever filler treatment and wasn’t sure what to expect but Catriona was really friendly, she explained the procedure and chatted to me all through the appointment which made me feel at ease. It was painless, quick and easy and the results are better than I expected! The small lines between my eyes that bothered me so much have completely gone and I’m feeling much more confident. 100% recommended.

I couldn't recommend this clinic more highly. The care and advice I received from Dr Nandi was exceptional. She took time to discuss every detail of my treatment and answered every question I had. My results were superb and I will be back for other treatments. The clinic's physical space is very welcoming and easily accessible too.

I have been going to see Dr Kim for the last 5 years. I have had many different treatments, starting with chin filler. My chin was basically non-existent before! I have had other treatments such as mid-face filler, lip filler and skin treatments for my acne scarring. She is an absolute expert at what she does and no one ever guesses that I have had anything done because it’s all so natural. I cannot fault Dr Kim at all, she always reassures my worries about any treatment and is genuinely a lovely person. I trust her completely and she has let me know many times treatments that I do not need when they are pushed on social media. I have never felt any pressure to receive anything more than what I have asked for. I am so much more confident and happy with my appearance since seeing her. You will not find anyone more qualified, safer or kinder than Dr Kim.

Jude’s knowledge, passion, dedication to constant learning, shines through in her approach and absolute honesty to each individual person she sees. I was so unsure about any treatments, and I’m so happy with Jude’s gentle approach with me and at 60 I’m so happy with the soft look she has given me; I’m a huge fan. 🩷

Natalie is absolutely amazing! She has so much expertise in what she does and has helped me so much in my skin journey. I look forward to my appointments and feel so relaxed and pampered after each one. She tailors my facials to how my skin has been and even messages me to check how my skin is between appointments. I've had treatment by Sarah twice now and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is extremely knowledgeable with a perfect "bedside manner" and the gentlest touch. The tweaks to the treatment that she suggests always achieve the most natural and undetectable results, yet make a huge impact. I won't be go anywhere else as I trust her with my face completely.
