Surgicare Aesthetics & Weight Loss Clinic Marylebone

I first contacted Surgicare Aesthetics on 29th August 2024 having found them on social media after seeking an alternative to surgery for a lipoma removal above my eyebrow. Having seen Aqualyx on their social media being used for lipomas I felt this was a so much better option as opposed to being left with than a scar. I spoke with Dr Patel about the procedure and he booked me in to visit him in London on 2nd September 2024. I was an extremely nervous patient as I don’t and haven’t had any cosmetic treatments previously. He took some photos and I asked lots of questions to which Dr Patel answered. Once the procedure was done my eye began to swell a lot which I was told was normal. The next day I sent a message with updated photos of my face and I got a call, I was asked if I could still see and I said I could… just but that I cannot raise my eyebrow at all. He said that this would wear off over 6/8 weeks and I would be able to move my eyebrow again. Fast forward ten or so weeks I receive a text on 5th November to see how the lipoma was and I said it had gone down a bit but I still can’t raise my eyebrow. I was asked to send a video to show the paralysis of the eyebrow on 6th November which I did straight away. I can see the message has been viewed on WhatsApp. it has now been 6 days and I haven’t even had as much as a message to say we are looking into it, nothing. I’ve tried to call but no answer. I’m truly devastated that I went for this procedure with Surgicare Aesthetics. This situation is causing me lots of anxiety and making me wish I hadn’t used Surgicare Aesthetics, and now I am left with a partly paralysed face.

So happy to write a glowing review about Surgicare. I have been just recommended by them to try out some new Ogabi skin care . I have been using it for around 2 weeks now and Ive had so many comments on how better my skin is looking already. It feels so much brighter and youthful. Would highly recommend this skin range. Why not pop in and have a chat, they are so lovely and really professional. Such a relief to find somewhere that really want to help and not just sell you anything to make money. Would give them a 10 star rating if I could.

I went to Surgicare Aesthetics for my hair regrowth treatment. Consultation was very thorough, explained the details and even answered additional questions I had specific to my needs. Entire treatment was done in a very gentle and caring way. The treatment was completed within 1 hour and I could continue with my day. Definitely recommend this clinic for thier professionalism.
