Pretty much from the get go dr Patel made me feel very comfortable. Talked me through the procedure, asked me of my expectations and explained the risks of the procedure. I felt well informed and comfortable to go ahead. Which is a world of a difference from previous aestheticians that I have visited! The procedure was painless, quick and the results were amazing! Can’t recommend this clinic enough, will be coming back for other procedures!

I came here on Sunday for the signature facial and really enjoyed my visit. The venue was lovely and extremely welcoming. Personally I also found it easy to find but I am familiar with the area. I was extremely relaxed during the facial and even almost fell asleep towards the end. The products felt amazing on my skin and left me looking refreshed for the rest of the day. I will definitely be returning. Ella did my facial but Coral was also there during my appointment and allowed me to have a bit of a chat with her after regarding other treatments I was also interested in so really appreciate her taking the time to speak me with me.

He took time to analyse my face in detail, drawing on his deep understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetics. What really set the experience apart was how clearly he explained his recommendations, even referencing medical textbooks to help me fully understand the reasoning behind his suggestions. It was reassuring and empowering. It wasn’t just another clinic that will go ahead with filling your face because you asked. He challenged my thinking around Botox and filler which was truly refreshing. Thanks to this comprehensive and thoughtful consultation process which Dr Kev spent more than an hour with me, I felt confident in my decision to go ahead with treatments at House of Ikigai. The clinic itself has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere — every question is met with patience, kindness, and professionalism (and there were a lot of questions!) Dr Kev sent me a video after the consultation to reiterate our conversations which is super helpful as we covered a lot. I wish I had reached out sooner. I went to Azthetics in wsm for a consultation and saw Molly. She explained clearly the treatment i was seeking and explored all the options and was honest and transparent in telling me that she wouldn't recommend any of them for me. Dr. Anita is truly wonderful. I went for a consultation because I wanted to address an insecurity, and she could easily have taken my money and proceeded with a treatment but instead, she reassured me that it wasn’t something I needed to do just yet. She took the time to explain all the products and options she would consider using in the future, should I decide to go ahead later on. I had so many questions, and she answered every one of them thoroughly, never making me feel rushed. She was warm, professional, and genuinely caring throughout. Although I didn’t have anything done this time, I left with complete trust and confidence in her. It’s clear that her work isn’t just about money, as it sadly can be in this industry. She truly cares about her patients and the quality of her work. I’ll definitely be returning to her in the future.
