Absolutely appalling business. SCAMMERS. I had booked and paid for a facial and when I arrived at my appointment , the clinic was closed and nobody was there for my appointment. I messaged/called the clinic but there was no answer and when they finally replied to my messages, they apologised and promised to give me a refund. However, weeks had passed and still no refund was given and even after messaging the clinic multiple times, they stopped responding and still no refund was given. I kept messaging the clinic, giving them additional time to process the refund but they ignored me completely. I now have no choice but to report them to the Trading Standards and seek legal advice. Awful awful business, do not give them your money

Dr. Tatiana is particularly responsible and has great aesthetics. I had a thin face injection and hyaluronic acid on my chin, and the effect was very satisfactory. The environment is also very good, clean and tidy, and a very good experience. Shu's reception service is also very good. The explanation in the early stage was very detailed, which effectively helped me understand the various projects suitable for me.
