I had Botox done at Septer Clinical back in May and I’m really happy with the results — it still looks great months later! I was quite nervous beforehand as I’m scared of needles, but the practitioner was incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring throughout the whole process. The results look natural and gave me a real confidence boost. I’d definitely recommend Septer Clinical to anyone considering aesthetic treatments.

1st visit: First time visiting VB Health and had an appointment with Vicky McCall, the podiatrist. She was friendly, professional and I would definitely recommend her services. The staff were also very nice and welcoming. 2nd visit: It was my first time having blood taken by Vicky Broughton, who was very accommodating, as I’m slightly nervous when it comes to blood tests. She was lovely and very patient. Afterwards, there was no bruising whatsoever — which is a first! I cannot recommend Vicky enough, as she completely put me at ease. Many thanks!

I went to Dr Andy and Dr Andrew for advice on how to slow the progress of my frown lines and they were beyond helpful. Both in-person and online, they spent time to answer all of my questions carefully and made sure that the advice they gave was addressing my specific concern areas. Treatment-wise they were so professional, the clinic was immaculate and I felt safe and very well looked after throughout and at follow ups. Aside from this, they kindly sent over personalised skincare recommendations to compliment my treatment. I felt completely in control throughout the entire process and am very happy with the results. I traveled from Bristol to complete lower face filler and advanced Toxin training with Dr Felicity and I am so happy I did! Dr F is a thorough, knowledgeable + passionate teacher. Dr Kemi is super professional/knowledgable and lovely. She is an ethical practitioner and won’t over treat if she thinks it’s unnecessary. I’ve visited a few times with Botox and everything always goes smoothly so I would recommend .

I would highly recommend Skin HD to anyone considering any of their treatments. Up to now I have only been treated by Helena and Sara, and they are very friendly, attentive, kind, caring, genuine, professional, and understanding of your individual needs. I have spoken to Heather on multiple occasions, and she is also just as lovely too and I wouldn't hesitate to be treated by heather in the future. Yasmin is normally the first person you see when you walk into the clinic and again, she is lovely and always has a chat with you. I can not fault CLNQ or Dr Nassab for their amazing work. I felt so looked after from the get go.
