I chose to use Skin HD based on the amazing reviews and so glad I did. I had a consultation with Helena about my aging. After a horrible injury and subsequent surgeries I’ve aged so much in a few years. I explained that at my age I expect some lines but mainly just wanted to look less knackered! She recommended polyneuliotides as a course of 3 with results showing mostly after the 3rs threatment. After one treatment I can see results and when I went back today for my second Helena’s reaction was great! She could see the difference straight away. She’s so lovely and even though the injections hurt a lot we have some lovely chats during it. Highly recommend this place. And shout out to Yasmin on reception she’s so lovely too!

Having found out about Skin HD online, I eagerly made an appointment for an in person consultation with Sara. Sara was friendly, considerate and open in her approach, and clearly talked me through the various treatments I had expressed an interest in. I really appreciated that the ethos is to work on the areas that you have identified to target, rather than someone telling you what they think you should have done. At the end of the consultation, I went home with no obligation to book anything further-but lots of information to help me make my decision. I soon made a booking for Deluxe Light Skin Peel with Heather. I attended my appointment last night and it was fantastic! Heather was incredibly knowledgeable and put me at ease instantly. She was able to offer some really helpful insights around my skin type, and how to adapt my routine to get the best results. Heather clearly explained each step and it's purpose, she constantly checked in to make sure I was ok, and to see if I had any questions. I have ADHD and Heather was very accomodating and understanding in relation to this (being clear with instructions, being mindful in case there were any possible sensory issues- there weren't but I absolutely appreciated being asked!) This was the first time I have had such a treatment, but it won't be the last. It has been lovely to meet such genuine and passionate people!Looking forward to trying out some anti wrinkle injections in August! Thank you all so much!

I visited SkinHD this week for a facial including a light peel, my skin specialist was Heather and she was amazing. Explained the treatment options in a professional manner and recommended follow up tips for me as well. I really enjoyed the treatment especially the lymphatic drainage massage. I would highly recommend Skin HD to anyone considering any of their treatments. Up to now I have only been treated by Helena and Sara, and they are very friendly, attentive, kind, caring, genuine, professional, and understanding of your individual needs. I have spoken to Heather on multiple occasions, and she is also just as lovely too and I wouldn't hesitate to be treated by heather in the future. Yasmin is normally the first person you see when you walk into the clinic and again, she is lovely and always has a chat with you. I haven’t been treated by Debbie yet, but I know by my experiences so far, she will no doubt be just as fabulous as the other gorgeous humans at Skin HD. The clinic is spotless and the second you walk through their doors you're made to feel welcome xxx
