I attended the clinic for an appointment with Kiera for Botox. I have had treatments with Kiera previously and have always had great results. It can be a bit daunting having aesthetic procedures, however, Kiera is friendly, approachable, highly skilled and very knowledgeable, answering any questions I have and putting me at ease. I’ve been seeing Dr Ben for Botox treatments for the past seven years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and results that I consistently receive. Dr Ben is incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly and always ensures that the results look natural.

I made an appointment for a face to face consultation. Dr Ben was very welcoming and clearly passionate about inner health as the foundation to healthier skin. This holistic approach aligned with my already healthy lifestyle. However, there were lots of tweaks I can now make to improve things further. Alas the Haribo has to go! I received lots of recommendations for products, many of which were inexpensive and widely available. The more costly ones were always coupled with a lower priced alternative. Crucially, it was explained clearly why the products were recommended specifically. I have been reticent to approach an aesthetics clinic as the last thing I wanted was to be pressurised into procedures and to be informed of new areas of my face to worry about! Ben’s approach is working with the body’s natural processes, rather than artificially adding a ‘quick fix’. I am so glad I made the initial appointment and will definitely be rebooking in the future. Update; I have now revisited Dr Ben’s clinic for my first ever Botox injections (at 49!). Ben is a rare voice of reason and authenticity in a sea of false promises. I asked to look “like me but after a spa day and great sleep”. I explained that I really like my smile but just want to soften my lines. I now look in the mirror and look exactly like me but my eyes are more open and I no longer look exhausted. I look… refreshed. Dr Ben has achieved exactly what I asked for. I couldn’t be happier. Dr Ben, you are a master of your craft. The best of the best.

I recently had a full-face Botox treatment with Dr. Ameera and I can’t recommend her enough! Dr. Ameera has such a friendly and approachable manner that immediately made me feel comfortable. She took the time to thoroughly explain the Botox procedure, walking me through every step and answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was, not only about the treatment I was getting but also about potential future treatments that could complement my skincare goals. It was clear she genuinely cared about achieving the best results for me rather than just selling treatments, and I’ll definitely be returning for future treatments

**Just an update to the below now I've had a few more treatments, I've had things done before elsewhere but never as good as the results I'm getting with Dr Ameera. Incredibly talented and super patient to understanding exactly what it is you need. Her work is perfection and she has a very forward thinking approach which I love. Thank you!** One of the best in Leicester, safety is the biggest priority for me if there are injections involved and you really are in the best hands here. It's just not worth the risk if you're not going to an actual medical professional. Dr Ameera is really talented at what she does. Such a lovely atmosphere too.
