This knowledge and professionalism was so reassuring and impressive! As someone with a fear of needles, Dr Emily made me feel relaxed and checked in with me throughout the appointment. I was reccomended Dr Emily's services by a friend. Had thought long and hard about pursuing these types of treatments before making an appointment. At the appointment I was given time and space in a relaxing environment to explore questions and be given lots of information and advice, with no pressure or obligation to move forward at that time and a lot of time taken to talk me through all options and any risk factors. Dr Emily was kind, considerate and well informed. I felt complete confidence in her and was not disappointed, I'm really pleased with not only the results, but the follow ups and access for any help or advice needed.
