Lumiere Clinic Manchester

I visited this clinic for a consultation and for my first session of laser treatment but did not return after this. The clinic is clean, but a bit small and cramped. The reception staff were polite. As i was sat waiting, a clinician came out of a treatment room and took a client to the reception to pay. The clinician was very pushy in trying to sell products. That same clinician then called me in. She performed the consultation, she looked at my skin and answered my questions, everything went well. She then took me to the reception and tried to sell me the exact same products as the previous client despite us having visibly completely different skin types. I decided to buy one of the products. Upon trying the £40 cleanser she sold me, it burned my skin terribly. I called the clinic and the receptionist said she didnt know why i had been sold that cleanser, as even she knew it wasn't suitable for my skin. I was promised a refund but this refund never came. When i had the laser treatment it went well, although i noticed i had no redness at all afterwards. while you wouldn't expect obvious results from one session, having had lasers of various kinds before i know you can see subtle results after one session. You usually see redness afterwards which fades over the next day or so, then the results start to become visible. This laser did nothing, i suspect she keeps the settings low so that you have to pay for more sessions to get the results you want. Of course after treatment she tried to sell me more products yet again. I dont plan on ever returning.

I recently had breast augmentation with Dr Kian Tan. Dr Kian Tan and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. In depth consultation and made to feel at ease, what results I wanted were taken into consideration when choosing what implant was best for me! Even out of clinic hours Jules was there to answer any questions I had. My hospital stay was great, nurses all amazing and very attentive and caring. Couldn’t have asked for more, didn’t feel nervous in the slightest due to nurses/staff being so friendly and reassuring. Aftercare again fabulous, can’t be faulted. No waiting long periods of time for replies. Seamless care from start to finish! I would highly recommend Lumiere Clinic to anyone! Over the moon with my results couldn’t be happier!

This clinic did an amazing job diagnosing and treating my issue. Dr Nicole was amazing and really helpful. She was professional and friendly allowing me to see great results. Highly recommend!

I visited this clinic for a course of Avi Clear having visited Dr Nicole and I was really happy with the warm welcome I was given each time I arrived and the high standard I received for each and every treatment. I highly recommend this clinic and although my treatment has finished I will consider using them for other treatments and procedures.

I attended Lumiere for a minor skin condition which she assessed and presented the main options for management along with the associated risks and benefits. First time visiting Lumiere Clinic and it was great! Fun energy in the clinic among the staff and other clients. I had a Consultation with Nichola and she provided amazing service, and put in loads of time. I loved the environment from first walking through the door from the reception team as they were very helpful and welcoming. This place is worth a try!

I had an earlobe repair surgery and the service from start to finish was incredible. All risks, experience and expected outcomes were well communicated from the beginning and continued to be communicated throughout my time as a patient. Jules was always on hand to answer questions, I’d receive immediate replies to my messages after hours and she’d always follow up after appointments. Brilliant experience and my ear looks and feels like new only a couple months post op. I had the stitches removed by a nurse at Pall Mall and she said it was the best stitch job she’d ever seen! Would recommend again and again. Thank you guys.
