Today was my first visit and it was a pleasant discovery. First of all the kindness and politeness amazed me. When I go to a beauty centre for the first time I want to find a friendly environment, where the beauty therapists try to make the experience the least unpleasant possible. Until now I couldn't find such a place. Today was the day! It was the best wax experience I have ever had in my entire life. The sugaring was pain-free and it left my skin without the typical redness after waxing. Renata was so caring, professional and kind. I felt totally at ease with her and she explained all the treatments she was doing and the products she was using. I will ask for her during my future treatments. The beauty centre is very clean and it is not something you can take for granted in London. I absolutely recommend it to anyone living in the area.

I couldn't recommend Dr Frances enough! This was my first time getting lip filler and I was a little bit nervous but Frances put me at ease right away with her kind, attentive nature. She listened intently to what I wanted and gave me confident advice on what would suit me. Before starting, Frances fully numbed my upper lip so I couldn't feel a thing (a huge bonus for someone with a needle phobia like me!) She then explained where she was placing the filler and talked me through what she was doing. She checked in on me regularly throughout the procedure to ensure I was comfortable and not in any pain. I've attached a before an after picture for reference. The 'after' picture is 1 day after the procedure, a tiny bit swollen but zero bruising! I am over the moon! Thank you Frances!

I cannot recommend Dr Mo Rashidy enough! I had Botox for my forehead and lip filler done, and the results are incredible. The Botox looks so natural, no frozen look at all and my lips are just perfect. So soft, subtle, and beautifully shaped. It’s had such a lovely effect on my face, yet no one can tell it’s filler… which is exactly what I wanted! I’m extremely sensitive about my face and very picky. Since Dr Mo Rashidy treated me, I can’t imagine anyone else doing a better job. He is simply the best!
