I have been visiting Bodyvie in Richmond since 2021 for a variety of services including aesthetics, laser treatments, and GP appointments, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care and professionalism I’ve consistently received. Natalie and her team are always super-efficient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. From the moment you walk through the door, the clinic runs smoothly, and you feel well looked after. The staff are attentive and approachable, which makes the whole experience seamless and stress-free. Every time I see Dr Weber, I feel reassured and confident in my treatment decisions. He takes the time to explain every option thoroughly, giving me clear and informative advice so I can make the best choices for my care. His expertise and approachable manner create a real sense of trust, and I always leave feeling fully informed and confident in the treatment plan. Bodyvie offers an excellent balance of professionalism, medical knowledge, and patient care. It’s rare to find a clinic that maintains such consistently high standards across every service they provide. All the staff (doctors, aestheticians, receptionists) are always very welcoming and extremely professional, highly experienced and passionate about their job, with fantastic industry knowledge in their fields, offering the latest aesthetic technology and treatments, in terms of both Private GP services and cosmetic procedures. I recently had an ultrasound with Joanne, and it was a very positive experience. She was very friendly and professional, explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease and comfortable. I have been using the clinic for many years. I have always found the staff to be very knowledgeable very informative and totally welcoming and pleasant. The clinic is very clean and hygienic and I feel totally at ease putting my health in their hands. If I had the money I’d be visiting for many more procedures!

Absolutely brilliant clinic. Highly recommend. Dr Olivia is lovely, understanding, and you feel you are in the best and most caring hands. The staff and team I met and liaised with (Laura and Claire) were very efficient, friendly and professional, from booking my appointment, to dealing with my blood test results and any queries I had. I tried the dermalux treatment at Bodyvie with Paola just before Christmas and it was such a lovely experience! She was kind, very knowledgeable and explained everything, prices and courses, in detail. The treatment room is lovely and cozy and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Highly recommend!
