She took time to understand what I am not happy with and what I want to achieve, she explained why the area under my eyes looks the way it does, what polynucleotides are, how they work etc. During the treatment - I won't lie I was nervous as I've never had an injectable treatment on my face before, but Fiona has this way about her that put my nerves to rest. I had two sessions, and I'm very pleased with the results - and it's only been a few weeks since my second session. The appointment couldn't have been more helpful, Mel takes a lot of information from you regarding your current skincare routine and products, looks at your skin thoroughly using specialist equipment then advises you accordingly. There is absolutely no sales at the appointment whatsoever, when you receive the detailed report she advises what products would help you. Can't wait to try my new skincare routine through Mel's expert advice.
