I was really worried and nervous about having a treatment, however Christina was very reassuring and after she explained the procedure I felt completely comfortable with having it done. She is completely professional and will always opt for a natural look where possible. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr Sahu and her team were very supportive. I underwent hair transplant surgery and Dr Sahu explained the process and answered my questions. On the day the only painful part was the local anaesthetic injections but it was a sharp pain that was over quickly. The rest of the process was not painful but it does take a while. While there is no guarantee the new hair will take it already looks better and hopefully in time will give me back the hairline I want and my confidence back. Dr Sahu and her team were great.

I would not have a treatment from anyone else but Sue, she is so caring and gives the best advise. Her clinic is spotless .I cannot recommend her enough !

I'm not really one for writing reviews, but I have to give a big shout out to 'Vera the Skin Whisperer!' Her facials and massage are the epitome of 'me time' and put you in a state of complete relaxation. Imagine going for a facial where someone takes the time at every visit to meticulously assess your skin and then tell you what your skin actually needs rather than rolling out the same facial each month! That is exactly what Vera does! She notices changes month to month in my skin that I don't. She is extremely knowledgable and gives amazing advice on how to care for your skin in between visits and how to preserve smoothness and elasticity. In the few months I've been seeing her, I can see a transformation in my own skin, and I am delighted! Thank you Vera!

Excellent! Dr Angelo Zavattini and Nurse Carla are lovely people, friendly, kind and professional. I was not looking forward to the treatment, but my fears were unfounded. Dr Angelo used state of art high tech equipment, explained every step, was very gentle and worked miracles on my tooth. He and Carla worked together very well. I would highly recommend Dr Angelo, Carla and the Sanford Clinic.

I am so glad that I didn’t have to fly out to get the hair transplant done. I have had few consultations here in the UK and pretty much all of them offered me a date within few days but when I met with Dr. Shaan for a free consultation, the first question he asked was if I still have an active hair loss… if so, we need to treat that first and that was the selling point for me to go with Royal Wharf Clinic because that demonstrated that he cares and not there to just print money :0) whereas none of the other clinics asked me that and made me feel like I am just another client. I finally had a Hair transplant for maybe bit more expensive than abroad but given what I got in the package is absolutely fantastic. I went for the premium package (totally worth it). I had a pick & drop from home (great help), off course the FUE procedure, Lunch, 4 x PRP’s + Biotin, complimentary T-shit & Tracksuit, medication + post-op care kit, 4 x follow up consultations with Dr. Shaan which was the key for me. Some of my friends got it done abroad and struggled with after care. There is so much you need to know post procedure and the most, mental satisfaction to know that if something goes wrong, you can drive up to the clinic. My experience on the day was way better than I anticipated. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly and accordingly to the plan. They ensured my comfort (as it can be bit painful) and made me feel like I am in save hands. Netflix & music was a plus on the day, it takes your mind away from what’s going around your, as lying down for 7-8 hours straight is not easy :0). I cannot praise enough Dr. Shaan, Dr. Mansi, Technician Indra & others for the care and support they have provided to me through out. I also got to meet the managing director (Sunny) on the day and was very impressed by his humbleness & professionalism. It has been 3 months since I had the procedure & I am very pleased with the outcome & few follow ups since. I would 100% recommend this clinic.

I have had Botox and also dermal fillers now with Coral and cannot praise her enough! She answered all my questions and concerns and was so thorough in her explanations and honesty . For my dermal fillers i was so nervous as have never had this before but Coral was so reassuring and just amazing with the injections that I genuinely had no pain or discomfort and was a relaxed experience .I cannot recommend her enough for anyone considering natural looking results. The Cosmetic House is always so clean, calm and welcoming. I’ve been having my botox done with Enya for 18 months now, the fantastic treatment I’ve received has brought me back time and time again. It is obvious that the skill level at the clinic is through the roof, Enya is very honest and will tell you what you do or don’t need, even if this means losing out on money herself! I came here on Sunday for the signature facial and really enjoyed my visit. The venue was lovely and extremely welcoming. Personally I also found it easy to find but I am familiar with the area. I was extremely relaxed during the facial and even almost fell asleep towards the end. The products felt amazing on my skin and left me looking refreshed for the rest of the day. I will definitely be returning. Ella did my facial but Coral was also there during my appointment and allowed me to have a bit of a chat with her after regarding other treatments I was also interested in so really appreciate her taking the time to speak me with me.
