Deserving of a lengthy review. I was introduced to The Sandford as a result of the amazing work they did on a friend, and having wanted to fix my overbite for years but was convinced otherwise, I went ahead with an initial consultation. I was given a full breakdown of the treatment and costs, what to expect and informed of the commitment it would require. From the lovely receptionists, appointment reminders, to the team itself, I could not have asked for a better experience and outcome. Dr Nina is truly a visionary orthodontist, committed and passionate about her craft and was just as excited about my dental journey, resulting in the amazing teeth I have today. Every appointment she would walk through each step answering each and every question I had. Dr Fahad and particularly Dr Kat made the fittings and adjustments as painless as possible, continuously managing my expectations and putting a spotlight on the progress made throughout the treatment. From the initial imagery to the end result, my expectations were exceeded. The Sure Smile treatment is not an easy one, and took me just over two years to complete, but those two years doesn’t compare to the amazing outcome Nina and the team have left with me. I cannot shout/sing Nina and Kat’s praises enough. Though I won’t be missing the trek to the practice, I will definitely miss seeing everyone’s faces, the comforting presence and very zen settings.

Maximum thanks and praise to Asif and his team at the Sanford….this review comes with high recommendations from me to use their services. I was scared of going back to the dentist after a bad experience 15 year ago! Asif put me at ease. Gave me a thorough clean up, with some regular maintenance. After a couple years I considered rectifying what I didn’t like about my teeth (the gapping) and the colour. After a whitening my teeth over three weeks with the Sandfords home kit, I went in today to sort the gaps. Again, I was at ease, to the point I might even have fallen asleep 😂😂😂. I know it’s not 100% perfect but I feel I got the maximum for the time frame I wanted best results for and for my budget. I’m super pleased and very happy with the results. Thank you, to the brilliant team at the Sandford, and of course to Asif and his supporting colleagues who worked on my teeth.

I have been attending this dental surgery for the past 1.5 years while having braces fitted. From the very beginning, the team has been welcoming, supportive, and highly professional. Every appointment is handled with care, and they always take the time to explain each step clearly. The environment is friendly and reassuring, which makes the whole experience so much easier. I am very happy with the progress of my treatment and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care. Dr Nina Shaffie is top rated and amazing in her job!

I have just finished my orthodontic treatment with Nina and I couldn’t be happier. I had a complex case of impacted canines as an adult and have received the best care and professionalism possible. I have also used the Enlighten Whitening treatment and am amazed at the change of shade after just 1 use. So so pleased with my outcome and smile. I’m looking forward to coming back in and seeing everyone at The Sandford again soon for my check-ups as I miss them all already!

Absolutely fantastic. I cannot say THANK YOU enough to Dr Nina, Dr Asif, and Dr H. Shaffie. I had previously undergone Invisalign treatment with a different dentist, but I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. I also couldn’t find an orthodontist willing to take on my case, as it was a bit complicated. Then I was recommended Dr Nina, who has been incredibly professional, confident, friendly and has given me the smile I always wanted. I truly cannot thank her enough. Her team has been a delight throughout the process. During my treatment, one of my teeth broke and I needed an implant, which was done by Dr H. Shaffie. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, as everything was handled under one roof. He did a fabulous and professional job, and I’m very happy with the result. I also needed whitening and a tooth repair for an old chip, both of which were done by Dr Asif. You can’t even tell there was ever a repair, he has done a perfect job. All I can say is a big THANK YOU the whole Sandford team as everyone has been lovely. I used to hide my teeth, and now all I do is smile :)
