Dr Burak supported me through one of the scariest moments of my life with genuine kindness and attention. Since then, they have helped both me and my mother, always treating us with respect, patience and real care every time we visit. More recently, Dr Burak has been guiding me through my weight-loss journey, and I finally feel healthy, motivated and supported. He listens, understands and goes above and beyond for his patients. This is the place that you want to be treated! Amazing practice. Starting with the lovely girls at reception. Always smiling always helping always words of encouragement! Moving to Dr. Burak who helped my husband and I multiple times, very dedicated . Then Dr Gokhan ear, nose and throat who had the patient to consult me and taking care of my ears. Also the paediatrician is also fantastic.After seeing around 8 doctors he was the only one who actually put a diagnosis for my back then 3 month old son. I would definitely recommend this practice! I visited MedPlus Clinic due to sudden drooping and sensitivity on the left side of my face. Dr. Burak Yurtseven quickly diagnosed it as temporary facial paralysis and started me on the right treatment. His expertise and warm, reassuring manner made a big difference. Later, both a UK NHS hospital and a specialist in Turkey confirmed the same diagnosis, but the first and most accurate intervention came from Dr. Burak. Today, I returned to the clinic for a different reason, and once again I was welcomed with kindness and even a coffee. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality here is outstanding. I highly recommend MedPlus Clinic — the quality of service is excellent, and prices are even more affordable than many clinics in Turkey.
