I found Dr Derma on Facebook whilst researching places for skin tag removal. After filling out the super quick online form, I was contacted shortly after to book an online consultation. Dr derma was very flexible around my working hours and the consultation was friendly, informative and quick. I was able to get an appointment for just a few days later on a Sunday morning too! The treatment was quick and painless, and within 2 weeks my skin tag completely went! The whole process from start to finish was just great, I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for other treatments in the future.

I'm not really one for writing reviews, but I have to give a big shout out to 'Vera the Skin Whisperer!' Her facials and massage are the epitome of 'me time' and put you in a state of complete relaxation. Imagine going for a facial where someone takes the time at every visit to meticulously assess your skin and then tell you what your skin actually needs rather than rolling out the same facial each month! That is exactly what Vera does! She notices changes month to month in my skin that I don't. She is extremely knowledgable and gives amazing advice on how to care for your skin in between visits and how to preserve smoothness and elasticity. In the few months I've been seeing her, I can see a transformation in my own skin, and I am delighted! Thank you Vera!

I have had Botox and also dermal fillers now with Coral and cannot praise her enough! She answered all my questions and concerns and was so thorough in her explanations and honesty . For my dermal fillers i was so nervous as have never had this before but Coral was so reassuring and just amazing with the injections that I genuinely had no pain or discomfort and was a relaxed experience .I cannot recommend her enough for anyone considering natural looking results. Coral is professional, smart, knowledgeable, and a lovely warm person! Visit once and you wont go anywhere else .

avika is amazing I have been to many places to have treatments done but I will only be using Avika in future , I had filler in my cheeks and it did not hurt one bit she is very gentle and reassuring and my cheeks looked amazing after took years off of my age.! I would highly recommend her and will be having my jowell lift with her next month. I recommend my friend who had Botox with her and my friend will only use her now also. Lovely person amazing results.

Steph was polite and welcoming. I came to my appointment; she seemed nice; she showed her hands gestures. I felt the comfortable atmosphere looked like a Morden clinic room. My bum/buttock is waxing. I was a bit understanding lip-reading simply with her. My body language is facial expression and hand gestures that I am deaf and a non-verbal communication BSL user. I would love to book again in the future.

I am so glad that I didn’t have to fly out to get the hair transplant done. I have had few consultations here in the UK and pretty much all of them offered me a date within few days but when I met with Dr. Shaan for a free consultation, the first question he asked was if I still have an active hair loss… if so, we need to treat that first and that was the selling point for me to go with Royal Wharf Clinic because that demonstrated that he cares and not there to just print money :0) whereas none of the other clinics asked me that and made me feel like I am just another client. I finally had a Hair transplant for maybe bit more expensive than abroad but given what I got in the package is absolutely fantastic. I went for the premium package (totally worth it). I had a pick & drop from home (great help), off course the FUE procedure, Lunch, 4 x PRP’s + Biotin, complimentary T-shit & Tracksuit, medication + post-op care kit, 4 x follow up consultations with Dr. Shaan which was the key for me. Some of my friends got it done abroad and struggled with after care. There is so much you need to know post procedure and the most, mental satisfaction to know that if something goes wrong, you can drive up to the clinic. My experience on the day was way better than I anticipated. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly and accordingly to the plan. They ensured my comfort (as it can be bit painful) and made me feel like I am in save hands. Netflix & music was a plus on the day, it takes your mind away from what’s going around your, as lying down for 7-8 hours straight is not easy :0). I cannot praise enough Dr. Shaan, Dr. Mansi, Technician Indra & others for the care and support they have provided to me through out. I also got to meet the managing director (Sunny) on the day and was very impressed by his humbleness & professionalism. It has been 3 months since I had the procedure & I am very pleased with the outcome & few follow ups since. I would 100% recommend this clinic.

Such a lovely experience! From the moment I stepped in to the clinic, I felt really safe and in expert hands. Dr Rosie was so professional, gentle and clearly knew exactly what she was doing - she’s highly skilled and really took the time to explain everything and kept me in the loop throughout. The clinic itself was beautiful and such a calm space (best for first timers getting any sorts of treatments done!) I left feeling so confident and I’ll 100% be back for more treatments!

I had a scan done at MedPlus Clinic and they helped me so quickly. Dr Zakia, Ceylan and Khriya were all so lovely and made me feel really welcomed. They addressed my problem straight away. I would definitely recommend them to everyone, and I’ll be coming back again myself

She’s incredibly qualified and really knows what she’s doing, but what makes her stand out is how much she genuinely cares. She takes the time to properly look at your face, listen to what you want, and makes you feel completely at ease throughout. Not only is she brilliant at her job, she’s also such a lovely person and couldn’t recommend her enough!
