Upon arrival, I received a very warm welcome from the team on the front desk who were extremely hospitable - bonus points for the Dash water :) It being the first time I've seen a different practitioner, I was a little nervous, but Dr Nina's warmth and professionalism helped me to immediately feel at ease.
