I had a great experience here for a cyst removal. The doctor was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire procedure feel smooth and stress-free. Everything was explained clearly beforehand, and I felt completely at ease throughout. The receptionist was also welcoming, which made check-in and follow-up a breeze. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for expert care and a friendly atmosphere!

The experience with the GP was favourable for wart removal. However the GP needed to refer me to a NHS Consultant Dermatologist for a suspected skin carcinoma. She said she could submit the referral directly to my local hospital, UCH. When no info from UCH was received for an urgent appointment, I rang the Private GP Fulham surgery, the receptionist said that they cannot refer and I must go to my NHS GP. Result: no urgent referral was made, my losing a week for getting my suspected skin carcinoma seen to before I travel. When I found this out from the receptionist she said she'd tell the doctor. Unfortunately, the potentially good service is now discredited in my view due to this serious communication error. I may have to cancel my trip as it is urgent to get the suspected skin carcinoma seen to.

Very easy and smooth booking process. On the day Venus was extremely friendly and took the time to answer any of my concerns whilst also discussing the treatment to see if it was necessary or other medication could help. It was great to feel like my health was put first rather than the usual money hungry clinic that you find. Highly recommend and will be back!

Doctor Venus is lovely and so sweet - I was nervous and she reassured me. I was comfortable during my appointment and I got my results instantly. The receptionist is also very welcoming and friendly. Costs are good too.

My appointment with Dr. Venus was exceptional. She is friendly, knowledgeable and a very good listener. She is also patient. What more could you ask from a GP? During our session with Dr. Venus we received the same high caliber care that we get at home from our outstanding PCP at the University of California San Francisco Medical Center, a top rated hospital and medical school in the U.S. Our experience with the entire GP Surgery system was friendly and efficient and we highly recommend them for visitors and locals!
