Cannot recommend Our Skin Clinic enough. Suzelly is so knowledgable and honestly does miracles. I had an acne facial and I left looking so so much better. It leaves lasting effects and my skin is so much more healthy after. I had a very bad spot which was treated and looked so much better after! Definitely best beauty clinic in London that I’ve tried. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend Pulse Laser Clinic and throughly enjoyed my treatments with them. I booked 6 sessions of laser hair removal on my lower face and underneath chin area with all treatments performed by Lytsa barring one session when she was away. Lytsa is very knowledgeable about her work and always supplied great and useful skincare advice which was especially appreciated as I have darker skin. The treatments were always performed to the highest standard by Lytsa within a beautifully curated space for treatments to be performed.
Lytsa made my treatments something to be enjoyed and look forward to once a month or every six weeks; we talked about travel, theatre recommendations as well as skincare. She was also very trustworthy when communicating if and when a treatment was actually needed. After 2 sessions my hair growth reduced so going every 4 weeks dead on wasn’t necessary for me; Lytsa would always honestly advise if the gaps between treatments should be longer so hair on my face could grow so to have productive sessions and not waste them which I very much appreciated.
I will definitely be booking again with Pulse Laser Clinic and Lytsa as my skin has never looked better.

Dr Ifrah is a friendly and caring doctor who takes time to listen to you. She puts you at ease and talks you through the process making sure you fully understand everything. The fact that she is a qualified doctor makes you feel you are in safe hands. I initially went for botox whilst i was there I spoke about my concerns, bags under eyes and loss of texture in my face. She recommended I try the polynucleotide treatment, the results have been amazing especially under my eye area. Thank you so much I will highly recommend you.

As someone who hasn't had many cosmetic treatments done yet - I initially booked a consultation with Dr Senna to chat about my concerns and what my options were. Dr Senna was super kind, gentle and knowledgeable - there is no hard sell here. Following my consultation, I booked in for polynucleotides and had my first session today. It was relatively painless and I felt totally safe with Dr Senna. I'm excited to see the results and bizarrely, kind of looking forward to next time!

My experience from start to finish with Dr Anna-Maria was honestly such a pleasure. I’d booked in for a consultation for polynucleotides in my under eyes, I’ve done lots of research but had lots of questions which were all answered without judgement. I was really nervous as I had quite a traumatic experience a few years ago when getting lip filler but Dr Anna Maria was really kind and put me at ease and didn’t push me into going ahead with treatment but I felt safe and happy to go for it! I have to say it wasn’t painful at all, slightly odd uncomfortable feeling but completely bearable. If anyone is considering booking injectable treatments but is scared or nervous I can highly recommend Skin Aesthetics will put you at ease, Thankyou so much for your kindness!

My Experience With Dr. Noor & The Team From the moment I walked into the clinic, the sisters made me feel genuinely welcomed. Their customer service is truly top tier. Dr. Noor took the time to help me understand my breakouts, what’s triggering them, and which products actually suit my skin instead of overwhelming it. I received the polypeptide treatment, and I’m already loving my results. Throughout every step, Dr. Noor checked in to make sure I was comfortable, especially since polypeptides can have a mild sting. I always felt cared for and respected. As an African American woman, it can be hard to find clinics that not only understand my skin but treat it with intention and kindness. These ladies were extremely professional, gentle, and so knowledgeable. I felt safe, seen, and supported the entire time. I highly recommend booking with them — you’ll be in great hands. ☺️

TLDR: Dr Niarah is exceptional. Her results are natural, her approach is honest and science-led, and she genuinely cares about long-term skin health. She introduced me to polynucleotide treatments and collagen-boosting options I hadn’t even heard of. No pressure, just real expertise. And yes, she’s a medically trained doctor. Highly recommend. ⸻ Full review: Dr Niarah is truly in a class of her own. I came to her after a negative experience elsewhere left me anxious and unsure whether to continue with treatment. But after several consultations with other practitioners, she stood out immediately. Not just for her qualifications, but for her calm confidence and her philosophy. She said something I’ll never forget: “I focus on skin health first. You can do every procedure out there, but if the skin isn’t healthy, it won’t look good.” That completely shifted my mindset. She introduced me to polynucleotide treatments, something I hadn’t heard of before. These work by stimulating your skin’s natural collagen production and cellular repair. Unlike fillers, they don’t add volume. They help your own skin rebuild from the inside out, which felt much more aligned with what I was looking for. Up until that point, I had only ever considered Botox and had no interest in fillers. But Dr Niarah’s approach is thoughtful, tailored, and based on real science. She genuinely uses the same treatments she recommends, and I was shocked to learn what procedures she does on herself because she looks completely natural. That gave me full trust. Her approach to Botox also changed my perspective. I had been using it since my 20s to prevent lines, but she uses it far more strategically. She lifts, shapes, and enhances specific facial features. The non-surgical eye lift she gave me was subtle but transformative. There is absolutely no pressure. If you’re unsure about something, she gives you the facts and lets you decide in your own time. No selling. Just science, care, and real respect. After completing my series of polynucleotide injections, I took before and after photos and asked ChatGPT to assess them. The AI analysis registered me as looking seven years younger. The difference wasn’t dramatic, just a quiet restoration. My skin looked smoother, brighter, more even in tone, and more rested, especially around the eyes and mid-face. It was still me. Just healthier. Thanks to Dr Niarah, I now see aging as something I can approach with confidence instead of fear. I feel informed, empowered, and genuinely well cared for. Also worth noting: when you meet her, you’ll notice her timeless, understated elegance. That matters. A practitioner’s aesthetic values are often reflected in their results. With Dr Niarah, everything feels balanced and refined. I trust her completely and always look forward to my visits. Kris Jenner may have Dr Steven Levine, but I have Dr Niarah Ahmad.

I have had treatments with Emma in Harley st and her Kingston clinic. Emma is very knowledgeable and highly skilled at what she does and put me at ease straightaway with her warm personality and infectious laugh. I knew I was in safe hands. I have had two Polynucleotide treatments around the eyes so far and the difference is amazing, so much fresher. My friends have started commenting how fresh I look, I would 100 % recommend Emma. Looking forward to my next treatment 😊

FAQs

Polynucleotides are injectable treatments made from purified chains of DNA molecules, typically derived from salmon or trout sperm. These biostimulators work at a cellular level to promote skin regeneration, repair and rejuvenation. When injected into the skin, polynucleotides help to stimulate fibroblast activity, which in turn boosts the production of collagen and elastin, improves hydration and supports natural healing processes. The treatment is designed to improve overall skin quality, texture and tone rather than add volume or change facial structure. Polynucleotides are particularly popular for addressing concerns like crepey skin, fine lines, dullness, under-eye hollows, acne scarring and general signs of ageing.

In London, clinics set different fees so prices for Polynucleotides can vary. In London, the price of Polynucleotides typically ranges from around £295 to £950. Prices depend on the exact product used, whether you need a single session or a course, the practitioner’s experience and the treatment area and goals. Search for the price of Polynucleotides in London to compare clinics and understand how much Polynucleotides costs locally. You can find the exact, up-to-date price for this treatment in the catalogue

A polynucleotide treatment involves a series of small injections delivered into the skin using a fine needle or cannula. During your appointment, the practitioner will cleanse the treatment area and may apply numbing cream for comfort. The polynucleotide solution is then injected at multiple points across the target area, such as the face, under-eyes, neck or hands. You may experience mild stinging or pressure during the procedure, and some small bumps or redness immediately afterwards, which typically settle within a few hours to a day. The treatment works gradually by stimulating your skin's natural regeneration processes rather than providing instant volume, so results develop over several weeks as collagen production increases and skin quality improves. Most practitioners recommend a course of treatments spaced a few weeks apart for optimal results.

Polynucleotides have shown promising results in clinical studies and real-world use, particularly for improving skin quality, hydration, elasticity and texture. They work by stimulating the body's natural repair mechanisms rather than simply filling or plumping the skin, which means results tend to look natural and develop gradually. Many people report improvements in skin tone, reduced appearance of fine lines, better hydration and a more refreshed overall appearance. However, effectiveness varies depending on individual factors such as age, skin condition, lifestyle and the severity of concerns being treated. Polynucleotides work best for people looking to improve skin quality and slow down visible signs of ageing, but they are not suitable for dramatic lifting, significant volume loss or deep wrinkles, where other treatments may be more appropriate. A consultation with an experienced practitioner can help determine if polynucleotides are right for your specific concerns.

Polynucleotides work gradually, as they stimulate your skin's natural regeneration processes rather than providing immediate visible changes. Most people begin to notice subtle improvements in skin hydration, texture and radiance within 2 to 4 weeks after their first treatment. More significant results, such as improved elasticity, reduced fine lines and overall skin quality, typically become apparent after completing a full course of treatments, usually over 6 to 8 weeks. The timeline can vary depending on your age, skin condition, the area being treated and how your body responds to the treatment. Because results develop progressively, patience is important, and it can take up to 3 months to see the full benefits. Your practitioner will be able to give you a more personalised timeline based on your individual treatment plan.

The results from polynucleotide treatments typically last between 6 to 12 months, though this varies from person to person. Because polynucleotides work by stimulating your body's natural collagen and elastin production rather than simply adding temporary volume, the improvements can have a longer-lasting effect compared to some other treatments. Factors that influence how long results last include your age, skin quality, lifestyle, sun exposure, skincare routine and whether you have maintenance treatments. Most practitioners recommend an initial course of 2 to 3 sessions spaced a few weeks apart, followed by maintenance treatments once or twice a year to sustain the improvements. The regenerative effects can continue to develop even after the treatment course is complete, as your skin's natural repair processes remain active.

Polynucleotides are generally considered safe when administered by a qualified and experienced practitioner in a clinical setting. The treatment has been used in aesthetic medicine for several years and has a good safety profile. Because polynucleotides are biocompatible and similar to naturally occurring molecules in the human body, the risk of allergic reactions is low. However, as with any injectable treatment, there are potential side effects such as temporary redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness or small bumps at injection sites, which typically resolve within a few days. Rare complications can include infection, prolonged swelling or uneven results. It is essential to choose a reputable, trained practitioner who follows proper hygiene and injection techniques. Always disclose your full medical history, any allergies, medications or existing health conditions during your consultation to ensure the treatment is appropriate for you.

Before polynucleotide treatment, people often have concerns such as dull or tired-looking skin, fine lines, crepey texture, loss of elasticity, uneven skin tone, under-eye hollows or early signs of ageing. After completing a course of polynucleotide treatments, the skin typically appears more hydrated, smoother, firmer and more radiant, with a noticeable improvement in overall skin quality and texture. Fine lines may appear softer, and the skin often has a healthier, more youthful glow. Because polynucleotides work gradually by stimulating natural regeneration, the changes tend to look subtle and natural rather than dramatically altered. Results continue to develop over several weeks and months as collagen production increases. The extent of improvement varies based on individual factors such as age, starting skin condition and lifestyle. Your practitioner can provide realistic before and after examples from their own work to help set appropriate expectations for your specific concerns and goals.
