I had a great experience at Dr Shabnam’s clinic She was really friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure to take her time to evaluate my skin to ascertain what treatment would be most beneficial. I ended up going for a hydrafacial, which made such a big difference to my skin - I received so many compliments! Can’t recommend this clinic enough for all your beauty needs.

I had BOTOX done by the lovely Dr Richardson and he was amazing he really explained the treatment in full detail and made me feel so comfortable throughout my treatment , i also went to him to have my cheeks done which he made me feel so good that I didn't feel the need then to add more to my cheeks, he is so professional and not just out to make money and pump filler in when it's not needed , I will 100% travel back to Birmingham to have more treatments done by him in the near future. Had my very first visit today, a consultation followed by a little Botox. I was very anxious when I arrived, but was greeted by Heather, a very professional young lady who instantly put me at my ease. Then I met Dr Ali, a lovely patient man who answered all my questions & listened to my concerns, until we agreed on the best approach for me. Dr Ali carried out my treatment with real expertise. Dr mirza had a thorough consultation with me prior to my main appointment we decided to dissolve and re-start . I had my final appointment today we decided to keep my face as natural as possible with just "tweakments" to enhance what is already there. In the end I had some lip filler , cheek and chin . Overall I am so so happy with my results they are so much more natural and my face is more balanced . She was really professional from the get go, told me what to expect before and after, informed me of any potential risks or side effects. I've just had my second botox treatment with Chloe, she's great, explains what will be done and clearly manages expectations. I trust her implicitly as she is a fully qualified nurse so completely understands the treatments she is providing. I've had botox around the eyes and frown lines in between. I've also had fillers for lines around mouth area. I have recommended her to friends who have also been extremely pleased with her service.

Overall an excellent experience. Dr Aqsa is very approachable and informative and my micro needling sessions are producing great results. Would fully recommend.
