Had a consultation with Aimee. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable to go through my concerns. I was interested in the Co2 laser therapy. She was very thorough and weighed out the procedure with the ideal outcomes and possible risks. She explained this well and was very confident in doing so, which is very reassuring as a customer. I just wanted treatment for a scar on my eye area and she focused on how we would treat this, additionally she went into concise detail that it was a small area and for the same cost she'll also be able to treat the smile lines around my eyes, along with the scar. I thought this was very meticulous, thoughtful and complimentary with what I wanted done. I could see customers being really happy with this so I thought to mention it, but I am very happy that I can just get the scar treated. Exemplary work. Also, the clinic was very clean and tidy and the girls on the front desk was wonderful too, who I'm sure were the girls who offered the superb helpful communication and customer service via WhatsApp and phone call conversations prior to the appointment (I know that one of the girls who did this was called Charlotte. Thank you Charlotte!). Great first impressions and experience overall. Looking forward to my treatment in the new year. A coffee and a slice of toast whilst filling out the form would have been nice 😅 again, fantastic work!

I am delighted with the results of the rejuvenation treatments Stu recommended for me over the last few years. The range of treatments offered is impressive and Stu is constantly updating his range with the latest products and technologies. It is great that these are quickly available in a clinic outside of London. Everyone at the salon is super friendly and welcoming making you feel comfortable and confident as soon as you step inside .

Superb. Stu and Amy are both excellent. Very professional and experienced. I am so glad I stumbled across this clinic (I was asking for directions and was assisted by the very friendly staff. Started chatting and then went back for a consultation!). They offer treatments that are not available elsewhere, which are new and natural looking. Always look forward to my treatments here. Friendly, down to earth staff who always make you feel welcome. I also like the fact it is in the Mailbox, which is very local to me and plenty of parking.

Had an amazing Hydrafacial with Teresa at Dermoperfection, absolutely flawless from start to finish.
