I've just returned home after my follow up appointment with Nurse Hannah from Cryotherapy treatment and I wish I'd done this years ago! I've avoided wearing any strappy tops all summer due to developing big moles on my back probably from menopause hormones. I had the treatment 5 weeks ago which was a breeze and took about 10 minutes to freeze the moles, felt a bit like I'd got mild sunburn for a day or 2 after that, the moles went a bit darker and then after about 3 weeks my moles came off like stickers in my hands. My back is clear and smooth and I'm so happy. Thankyou so much Solihull Aesthetics xxx

The level of expertise is high and I have found all the staff to be efficient , very approachable and enormously supportive. I have largely been seen by Jagdeep Kaur, Advanced Orthoptist, who works closely with Miss Kipioti, Consultant Opthalmic surgeon. Jagdeep has been caring and highly skilled in her evaluation procedures and treatment: full explanation has been provided when required and a flexible realistic approach to problems taken. I was terrified from my last experience which put me off dentists for a long time. I had an X-ray done and was told that I had to get a wisdom tooth removed no choice. Dr Anika said to me don’t worry I will take it out like spreading butter. I didn’t believe her at all. Anyway , managed to build confidence and went back after 6 weeks I cannot express how happy I was with Dr Anikas experience exactly as she said she extracted my tooth without me even knowing. I highly highly recommend to visit this practice and especially try booking with Dr Anika she is the best !!! Thank you Dr Anika 😊

Hannah has been, and continues to be a wonderful therapist in performing my laser treatments. She always puts me at ease, explains procedures and observes correct practices in the clinic . The clinic is beautifully and tastefully designed, and the rooms are aesthetically pleasing. Hannah uses the latest technology and I am more than half way in my hair removal journey. She is so calming and reassuring, giving such good costumer service. Honestly the experience is worth it.

I trust her implicitly as she is a fully qualified nurse so completely understands the treatments she is providing. I've had botox around the eyes and frown lines in between. I've also had fillers for lines around mouth area. I have recommended her to friends who have also been extremely pleased with her service.

I had BOTOX done by the lovely Dr Richardson and he was amazing he really explained the treatment in full detail and made me feel so comfortable throughout my treatment , i also went to him to have my cheeks done which he made me feel so good that I didn't feel the need then to add more to my cheeks, he is so professional and not just out to make money and pump filler in when it's not needed , I will 100% travel back to Birmingham to have more treatments done by him in the near future. Thank you again :)
