Before starting, Frances fully numbed my upper lip so I couldn't feel a thing (a huge bonus for someone with a needle phobia like me!) She then explained where she was placing the filler and talked me through what she was doing. She checked in on me regularly throughout the procedure to ensure I was comfortable and not in any pain. I've attached a before an after picture for reference. The 'after' picture is 1 day after the procedure, a tiny bit swollen but zero bruising! I am over the moon! Thank you Frances!
