I was a bit understanding lip-reading simply with her. My body language is facial expression and hand gestures that I am deaf and a non-verbal communication BSL user. I would love to book again in the future.

Apart from the equipment, the level of attention to detail blew me away. They are so careful to make sure that your skin will not be adversely affected by the treatment because of something you are using or taking, such as certain medicines which are light sensitive. This made me feel confident of their approach to the well being of their clients. The staff have been great; both friendly and professional. I noticed a difference after 2 treatments. The therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and gentle in applying the laser on my upper lip area. I also thought there was a nice ambience and calmness to the clinic which I found relaxing. The team were all very welcoming and friendly. Plus it's a stones throw away from tube station. So very easy to find. Thank you!
