I had such a great experience at Mayfair Aesthetics. The laser Therapist Fateme, was always so lovely and welcoming always making conversation with me during the session which made me feel at ease. I have seen amazing results and would definitely recommend laser here at Mayfair Aesthetics to others!

I’ve tried laser before and always found it painful, but here it’s so much more comfortable. The staff are so welcoming and make me feel really at ease, especially for bikini treatments where I’m usually a bit shy. I noticed results from my very first session – the dark spots in my bikini area have reduced so much already. Honestly, I’m so happy I chose this place, I couldn’t recommend it enough… and let’s just say my partner is enjoying the results too 😆

I had a great experience during my laser hair removal session with Fatima. She was kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. It didn’t hurt at all — she really knew how to adjust the machine based on my pain tolerance. Time flew by thanks to her positive energy and easy conversation. I would 100% recommend her!

Despite having 6 sessions in on my legs, and 8-12 in other areas and spent hundreds of pounds I have noticed very little difference in my hair growth. My legs are completely back to normal and the other areas there is only a temporary reduction in growth before growing back just as thick. I'd had approximately 6/7 appointments with different therapists before one of the therapists noticed that I wasn't getting results and increased the power. Whilst this was helpful it was frustrating that this wasn't picked up on earlier - only after my pre-paid package. They are also extremely strict about missing appointments - paying a £50 deposit which you lose if you miss. Yet cancelled one of my appointments the day of with minimal apologies due to staff illness. Understandable but if the situation is reversed it is viewed as a missed appointment and you lose £50 yet I was not offered any discount or similar. The staff are all very lovely but imo the price of these services is not worth it given that it barely works. I do understand that at the start you are quoted that 5% of people may be resistant but given this a relatively common complaint in their reviews (both trust pilot and google) and I don't have PCOS, have pale skin, dark hair etc it is frustrating to spend hundreds of pounds with no result.

Unfortunately after 15 laser sessions / £3,500 spent / 2 years I have had only minimal results and overall hair reduction of 30/40%. In some areas like bikini the reduction has been 10%, the hair is still black and very strong. Lower leg I’ve seen better results but still with hair. I never thought I would get away with 6 sessions like they advertise but never even thought 15 sessions wouldn’t be enough! Every time they would keep telling me to continue coming, that I would see results next time, that it was normal… I have been seeing positive results here and there but growth always went back to normal which is definitely not what I expected for this kind of money. And I’ve been patient - it’s been 2 years!! Everyone is very nice and kind and makes you feel welcome, but somehow the results are just not there - no wonder all positive reviews are from people who’ve done 2/3 sessions.

Went to the wonderful Mayfair Aesthetics recently as I have a scar on my tummy from over a year or so ago. They suggested I try Dermapen needling to smooth out the appearance. Procedure took around 30 mins in total with no pain just a tingling sensation. The clinic was spotless, the staff super professional & informed & I actually really enjoyed my visit.
