I booked Wendy to remove a large skin tag which i had lived with for many years. Once I arrived, Wendy explained the procedure and verified her own qualifications to carry out removal of the skin tag. All this put me at ease , so much so i agreed to the treatment being done straightaway without hesitation. Everything was conducted in a very relaxed and re-assuring style beforehand and during the procedure which in itself was painless. I had facial, manicure & waxing done by Kittu & her service was outstanding! Honestly, don't remember the last time I had such relaxing facial and she paid great attention to detail during manicure. Plus, she has a very calming voice.
