I booked an appointment with Mel after a recommendation from a colleague with exceptional skin. Mel is so knowledgeable, she reviewed my skin and provided a comprehensive report about where I can make improvements. I feel like I had tried everything but hadn’t ever considered that my cleanser was what was compromising my skin barrier. I’m looking forward to putting the recommendations into practice.

Mel was great from start to finish, made me feel really comfortable and asked all the right questions. We chatted about what I use and when, and then we did the skin analysis. We went through some of the results, but the full report arrived in my email that afternoon with recommendations for products and routines. Would highly recommend as it was thorough and I felt no pressure to buy any products etc.

I really enjoyed my consultation with Mel. She is incredibly knowledgable, honest, realistic and really importantly, there is absolutely no pressure to buy specific products during, or after, the appointment or to book follow-up appointments. She also provides a really detailed report, so no need to worry about absorbing all the valuable information she provides. I’ve come away feeling like I know exactly what to do (and what definitely NOT to do!) to optimise my skin. Would recommend to anyone!

Had an extremely lovely experience at Neverland Skincare with Melissa. I liked the fact that she was thorough through and through and never rushed into trying to ‘sell’ me products. She made sure to listen to my concern and explain what I need in detail. My favourite part was her report which came through with step by step explanation and instructions. I made an appointment with Mel after googling skincare for my excema and inflamed skin. The appointment couldn't have been more helpful, Mel takes a lot of information from you regarding your current skincare routine and products, looks at your skin thoroughly using specialist equipment then advises you accordingly. There is absolutely no sales at the appointment whatsoever, when you receive the detailed report she advises what products would help you. Can't wait to try my new skincare routine through Mel's expert advice.
