What a lovely Birthday treat! I love a Spa treatment and the Ashmira Botanical facial didn't disappoint. Beautiful location made to feel very welcome. Left feeling relaxed and my skin was glowing.

Dr. Pavey did an outstanding job with my masseter/jaw Botox. I needed the treatment for medical reasons, including significant pain and the possibility of teeth erosion from grinding, and I was very relieved to find that she works under a medical license as well. I did extensive research on providers and attended several consultations around Oxfordshire, but no one’s background even remotely compared to Dr. Pavey’s. I was especially impressed with her online bio and credentials. A review on the website says, "Dr. Pavey is a rare find in the world of cosmetic procedures" and I could not agree more! Since my treatment, I have felt tremendous relief and experienced no issues at all. The injections were perfectly done, and Dr. Pavey was extremely knowledgeable, walking me through each step of the process with care and professionalism. I truly would not let anyone else inject me. In such an unregulated industry, finding a qualified and trustworthy injector can feel daunting, and I am so glad I found Henley Medical Aesthetics. The only minor improvements I would suggest are allowing intake forms to be completed in the waiting room instead of just before treatment and updating the website with clearer pricing and treatment details. For example, I was unsure if masseter Botox counted as one, two, or three areas. I am also not sure which dermal fillers are available. However, these are small details compared to the overall experience. I am very happy with my results and will be recommending Henley Medical Aesthetics to others.

She did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth — they feel so fresh and look great. The service from this clinic and doctors were first class. You don’t feel rushed, Dr. Zina Fleih took her time in going through everything, she was so knowledgeable, caring and professional. Her Botox was almost pain free, but covered many areas. Very happy with results. Would without a doubt recommend this clinic.

Overall all the staff we have contact with seem lovely. Karnan - Kind and caring, a lovely man, has done some super work to rescue my teeth. Timi - Considerate and gentle nurse, who also doubles on reception and has a warm greeting for everyone. Ela - Did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth and teaching me how to brush and clean properly. Ghazal - Kind and gentle and very attentive support to Ela.

I have been undergoing Invisalign treatment at UR Smile in Tilehurst for about 18 mths and I could not be happier with my experience. Ubaid has been amazing from start to finish. He is incredibly thorough and always takes the time to make sure everything is progressing exactly as it should. He even has me come in for every new aligner, which most practices do not do, and that extra attention has made a huge difference. My case was very complex with a cross-bite, an over-bite, and extensive misalignment. I am now almost at the end of my treatment and the results are awesome. Both functionally and aesthetically my teeth are so much better. I highly recommend UR Smile and especially Ubaid for anyone considering Invisalign. Five stars without hesitation.

I decided to give it a try. She is amazing. Professional. Has an exceptional eye for beauty and how to apply best technics given peculiarities of each customer. I had a few procedures done all with great success. Lana goes above and beyond to hear individual concerns and address all the areas but always with the best medical standard. I have been refused some treatments too, so it is not a person, who is just trying to sell you something. Fantastic specialist all around.
