I have been to many dental clinics over the years and finally was looking for somewhere trustworthy closer to where I live now. I am impressed by the quality of work that Dr Ahmed did on my tooth as well as thorough detailed explanation on what needed to be done to fix it prior to treatment taking place. I’d say you’re in a very safe hands if you decide to sign up here like me.

The reception team are very professional - good communication regarding appointments; lots of reminders. Dr Alshafi and his team did a great job and I can't fault their work at all. However, when I first went in to find out how much Invisalign would cost - I had 1 tooth at 90 degrees - I was told it would be £3000, or £2500 if only 1 set of teeth were looked at. As soon as 1 payment was made, costs mounted up (not all made up by the 1 filling I needed) and it's not like you can stop half way through: by the end I had spent around £4800, including £550 for retainers to sleep in, which I was told as I left are recommended to be replaced every 3 years. In conclusion: very happy with the work; not very happy with the end price v what I was initially told.

I visited Dr Ahmed Alshafi on 09.10.25 with a painful, sensitive tooth. I found him to be very professional, extremely thorough, very gentle and patient. Dr Alshafi advised me of all the treatment options available of which I have chosen one and am proceeding with that choice. The atmosphere in the practice is very relaxed and calming and the receptionists and dental nurse were lovely - very polite and helpful. I Highly recommend this practice.
