I had been looking to get a cyst removed from my scalp and had considered a number of private clinics. Most seemed to lack transparency around pricing, or would make bold claims about 'costs from...'. I first contacted the Wellfield Skin Clinic with a photograph of the cyst. I was contacted within 24 hours with an estimate and invitation to a follow up appointment. Following thorough consultation the procedure took place two weeks later. Both were booked at the same time, so everything was known in advance. The procedure was between 40 minutes and an hour. This was my first ever surgery, so I have no comparative experience. With stitches removed the area is healing really well. I am very pleased with the results. Patient care throughout was superb. Be aware that parking is on street and typically well available (Ringo or machine). The reception area is tired but being updated. The consultation / procedure room was modern and comfortable.
